If you have a product that requires repairs, please complete the Service Request Form. Turnaround time for repairs is usually 7-10 business days, as we carry most parts in stock. A service technician will advise on the service time based on parts availability if we are out of stock.

Securely package your Koss headphones, include a cheque for $7.00 per unit made payable to Koss Corporation, and a note including your return address and phone# and a brief description of the problem.
Ship to: Power Group Ltd, attn: Koss Service, 7105A Edwards Blvd, Mississauga, ON, L5S 1Z2.
Your Koss headphones will be repaired and returned to you by Koss Corporation. Allow 2-4 weeks for repair.
