A service representative will reply in 24 to 48 hours with a return authorization number, and instructions on how to send the item(s) to our service department.   • Warranty is 1 year from date of purchase to the original owner, unless warranty card states otherwise
  • Warranty cover parts, labour and return ground shipping to owner
  • Warranty covers faults due to manufacturer defects and excludes damage caused my misuse, abuse and neglect
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned by Canadian residents.  US residents must fax a copy of the original proof of purchase to our service department at 905-405-1887
  • Power Group reserves the right to repair or replace warranty claims at our discretion.
